When ordering, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Contact your local customs office for further information, as customs policies vary from country to country.
No products will be accepted for return without prior manufacturer authorization via RMA number. RMA can be generated from Engle’s technical support team. RMA number must be marked on the outside of boxes being returned, otherwise they will be refused and returned. All returned goods are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returned goods must be received within 30 days of RMA number. All shipping charges for return of products are the sole responsibility of the dealer.
Changes or cancellations must be received by Engle Dental within 72 hours after order acknowledgment is received. Any changes or cancellation beyond that time period will be subject to additional charges or delays to order. Contact Engle Customer Service for additional questions to specific orders. For products with custom colors, including but not limited to, dental chair upholstery, stools, dental furniture, and table tops, no return will be accepted and no credits will be available. Equipment and Parts are sold exclusively through authorized Engle Dealers. Only authorized Engle dealers are permitted to sell, service Engle Equipment and Parts. All Products except stools, sold to and installed by authorized Engle Dental Systems dealers are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years after date of purchase. Stools are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years after date of purchase. Upholstery is guaranteed for one (1) year after date of purchase. Handpiece illumination systems are guaranteed for six (6) months after date of purchase. This warranty does not cover light bulbs of any kind. Faulty parts as determined by dealer service representative, will be repaired or replaced; no claim for labor or consequential damages will be allowed. Invoices for replacement parts may be subject to adjustment after the manufacturer has inspected the alleged defective parts. The warranty does not cover normal wear, stains, cuts, or scratches of upholstery surface finishes, or parts sold to O.E.M. customers. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from the use of cleaning, disinfecting, or sterilization chemicals and processes. The warranty does not cover damage from improper installation or maintenance, accident, misuse, or accidents in shipping and handling. In the event of shipping damage, the purchaser must initiate all claims against the freight carrier in writing within twenty-four (24) hours after the damaged items are received. The claim is the responsibility of the customer.
